We Engineers and Consultants provide services to industries to get Explosive License under Petroleum Rules, 2002, Gas Cylinder Rules 2004, SMPV Rules 1981 and Explosive Rule, 2008 from Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization.


Land Use Change

Non-agricultural land is a land which is not fit for the cultivation, and on which construction is carried out. There are three types of Non-agricultural lands namely Industrial, Commercial and residential, one can take permission from district collector to convert agricultural land to non agricultural accordingly.


Pollution Compliance NOC

MPCB is functioning under the administrative control of Environment Department of Government of Maharashtra. For any company it is mandatory to get pollution compliance NOC to establish or to operate the company.


Fire NOC

It is sectioned under Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006 to take fire NOC to take approval for building plan from town planning authority. Director of fire services issues Fire licence of No Objection Certificate after the confirmation of the fire prevention measures taken on site.


Plinth Checking Certificate

Plinth is the part of a building structure between the ground level and the level of the lowest floor above ground level.


Occupancy Certificate

Even if the building plan is sanctioned or the building is completed it is mandatory to get occupancy certificate from TP Office.
